Alors qu\u2019elle repr\u00e9sentait un co\u00fbt in\u00e9vitable, elle devient un levier strat\u00e9gique.<\/em>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pendant plusieurs d\u00e9cennies, la maintenance industrielle a suivi deux mod\u00e8les\u202f: on intervenait lorsqu\u2019un composant tombait en panne ou l\u2019on planifiait des remplacements et des contr\u00f4les \u00e0 des intervalles pr\u00e9d\u00e9finis. Cette approche est aujourd\u2019hui en train de changer. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la disponibilit\u00e9 de capteurs, de plateformes d\u2019Internet des objets et d\u2019algorithmes d\u2019analyse, il est d\u00e9sormais possible de surveiller en temps r\u00e9el l\u2019\u00e9tat de sant\u00e9 des machines et des installations, et de n\u2019intervenir que lorsque les donn\u00e9es signalent un risque r\u00e9el de dysfonctionnement.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Des donn\u00e9es aux d\u00e9cisions<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D\u2019apr\u00e8s les \u00e9tudes men\u00e9es par le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.weforum.org\/initiatives\/advanced-manufacturing-and-value-chains\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>World Economic Forum<\/strong><\/a>, l\u2019int\u00e9gration de technologies num\u00e9riques et d\u2019intelligence artificielle dans la gestion des actifs industriels peut am\u00e9liorer la productivit\u00e9 jusqu\u2019\u00e0 <strong>20\u202f%<\/strong>, tout en r\u00e9duisant les temps d\u2019arr\u00eat et les co\u00fbts op\u00e9rationnels.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une \u00e9tude de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mckinsey.com\/capabilities\/operations\/our-insights\/the-potential-of-predictive-maintenance\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>McKinsey &amp; Company<\/strong><\/a> a \u00e9galement d\u00e9montr\u00e9 que les programmes de maintenance pr\u00e9dictive peuvent diminuer les pannes jusqu\u2019\u00e0 <strong>70\u202f%<\/strong>, r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts de maintenance de <strong>25\u202f%<\/strong> et faire chuter de jusqu\u2019\u00e0 <strong>50\u202f%<\/strong> les arr\u00eats non programm\u00e9s, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019analyse continue des conditions de fonctionnement des installations.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>La valeur ne r\u00e9side pas dans la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 pr\u00e9voir une panne, mais \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9viter<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La maintenance pr\u00e9dictive ne consiste pas simplement \u00e0 accumuler des donn\u00e9es. Le v\u00e9ritable changement, c\u2019est la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 transformer des informations tir\u00e9es des vibrations, de la temp\u00e9rature, de la consommation d\u2019\u00e9nergie et des performances des machines en d\u00e9cisions op\u00e9rationnelles.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le r\u00e9sultat\u202f? Une installation plus fiable, une disponibilit\u00e9 productive accrue et une utilisation plus efficace des ressources. Il n\u2019est donc pas \u00e9tonnant que cette technologie occupe d\u00e9sormais une place centrale dans les strat\u00e9gies de digitalisation industrielle et dans les \u00e9v\u00e9nements internationaux d\u00e9di\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019automatisation et \u00e0 la fabrication avanc\u00e9e.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans ce contexte, la question n\u2019est pas de savoir si la maintenance pr\u00e9dictive remplacera la maintenance programm\u00e9e.
