Par cons\u00e9quent, l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 est une saison de plus en plus difficile \u00e0 vivre en ville et dans les b\u00e2timents. Dans ce contexte, les syst\u00e8mes de rafra\u00eechissement ne sont plus seulement une question de confort. Ils deviennent une n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et constituent un enjeu cl\u00e9 d\u00e8s la phase de conception. D\u2019apr\u00e8s diverses \u00e9tudes internationales, les&nbsp;<strong>syst\u00e8mes CVC<\/strong>&nbsp;(chauffage, ventilation et climatisation) repr\u00e9sentent environ&nbsp;<strong>40 \u00e0 50\u202f% de la consommation \u00e9lectrique des b\u00e2timents en p\u00e9riode estivale<\/strong>, avec des chiffres en hausse, surtout dans les zones urbaines les plus denses. La demande mondiale de solutions de rafra\u00eechissement est en effet vou\u00e9e \u00e0 augmenter de mani\u00e8re significative au cours des prochaines d\u00e9cennies, \u00e0 cause de l\u2019urbanisation et des changements climatiques.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Efficacit\u00e9 et nouvelles solutions technologiques<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 des syst\u00e8mes traditionnels \u00e0 compression, des solutions alternatives se d\u00e9veloppent, comme le rafra\u00eechissement par \u00e9vaporation et les syst\u00e8mes hybrides. Ces technologies exploitent l\u2019\u00e9vaporation de l\u2019eau pour abaisser la temp\u00e9rature de l\u2019air, avec une consommation \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique sensiblement plus faible.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si les conditions sont favorables, les syst\u00e8mes \u00e0 \u00e9vaporation permettent une baisse de&nbsp;<strong>8 \u00e0 12\u202f\u00b0C<\/strong>&nbsp;de la temp\u00e9rature ressentie, avec une consommation \u00e9lectrique jusqu\u2019\u00e0&nbsp;<strong>80\u202f% inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle des climatiseurs traditionnels<\/strong>. En comparaison, les syst\u00e8mes \u00e0 compression de m\u00eame capacit\u00e9 consomment 15 \u00e0 20\u202fkW. Un autre aspect important \u00e0 prendre en compte est&nbsp;<strong>l\u2019utilisation de l\u2019eau<\/strong>.
